Background & Qualifications

Alan G. Weaver graduated from Penn State University in 1968 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and was subsequently hired by Atlantic Refining Company and was then transferred to Way Oil Company - originally an Atlantic Refining Company subsidiary. While at Way Oil Company, Mr. Weaver held numerous positions which included lube sales engineer, branch manager and general manager and

ultimately acting President, Director and minority stockholder for both Way Oil Co. and Phillip Lebzelter (jointly owned companies). In 1979, Mr. Weaver left to assume a dual position as Divisional Manager of ELLCO Industry group of companies and General Manager of the Little River Gas & Oil group of Companies, all jointly & commonly owned as large multi-state branded gasoline, fuel oil, propane and C-Store jobberships - located throughout the Carolinas. During his tenure at both Way Oil/Phillip Lebzelters, ELLCO Industries and Little River companies, Mr. Weaver was not only responsible for the day-to-day operations, marketing & sales and administration of all main offices but also the numerous branch operations of these many companies. In addition, Mr. Weaver was the Lead Team leader and responsible for the analysis, negotiation, acquisition and development of 42 retail gasoline and C-Store locations along with numerous petroleum and propane businesses and the acquisition & development of retail tire stores. Throughout his career Mr. Weaver has served on numerous Board of Directors within the industry.

 

Rolfe Robertson III graduated in 1977 from Hampden-Sydney College with a B.A. in Government and was subsequently employed by Quarles-Robertson Oil Company in Fairfax, Virginia. Mr. Robertson held positions in operations, marketing and management with the company and became Sales Manager. During his tenure with Quarles-Robertson Oil, Mr. Robertson became involved in business development and acquisition financing as well as real estate analysis and acquisition.

 

Dan Wien graduated in 1970 from Susquehanna University with a B.S. in Marketing Management, whereupon he started his successful career within the petroleum industry with Atlantic Refining as a Retail Representative. Rising thru the ranks he was promoted to ARCO's corporate headquarters in Los Angeles in 1980 as a manager in the New Marketing Techniques Group, which was responsible for rolling out new products, services and programs. Most notably among his launches were ARCO's AM/PM Stores and Award Tune-Up Centers. In 1989 Mr. Wien returned to Philadelphia to take over development of the A-Plus C-Store franchises for the new Atlantic Refining & Marketing Company. Later in 1991, after Sunoco purchased Atlantic Refining Company, Mr. Wien became Sunoco's Lubricant Manager for U.S. and International markets. In 1996 Mr. Wien accepted a position as Vice President of Marketing with FCI Environmental and fiber-optics sister company Phoenix Technologies. There he was responsible for developing the market for leak detection equipment and specialty gauging equipment with remote satellite computerized inventory control systems for bulk liquid storage mega tanks within the petroleum and chemical industries. Mr. Wien’s career often took him from off-shore oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico to the Arctic Circle. In 2002, he left FCI and Phoenix Technologies to become principal partner in a real estate management company in Delaware.
